Over the past ten years the Cincinnati and Dayton metropolitan areas have grown together along Interstate 75. The population along the I-75 corridor has increased by over 60,000. As a result of this rapid growth in both people and business, the Ohio Department ofTransportation approved construction of a new interchange located at Austin Boulevard and Interstate 75. The new interchange will relieve the burden currently placed on the existing roadway system and address the double digit growth projected in to the future.

• Washington Station sits 4 short miles from the Austin Blvd. Interchange which is uniquely supported by direct access to three major transportation thoroughfares:

• Interstate 75 is the backbone of the Cincinnati/Dayton Corridor.
• Interstate 675 provides quick access to Bellbrook, Beavercreek, Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Columbus, Ohio.
